Rainer was born and raised in the US by a German mother and Spanish father. He has lived and worked on three continents and gained experience in both the import-export business as well as the non-profit world. He has a master’s in international affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. He has been working for Initiatives of Change since 2012 where he is the Strategic Partnership Manager. In this role, he is responsible for improving the partnering strategy and following main partnerships with other organizations and institutions.
