Biography
Ines Daccord was a student at the junior high school in Sécheron, Geneva. After following the school’s conflict mediation training, she applied these skills to help mediate conflict between other studenty. Ines is now a student at the Sismondi High School. In her talk, Ines is joined by her mediation teacher, Susan Guerra to reflect on the mediation programme implemented at the Sécheron school.

“Pour ma part, je pense que si chaque adolescent avait dans son education une partie de ce qu’on fait en médiation, ca apportera un changement positif et une autre manière de voir les choses et c’est important que les jeunes comprennent ca parce qu’un jour ca sera nous les adultes et ca sera à nous de gérer le monde pour faire en sorte qu’il aille mieux.”
