Vania Odelice Ineza, 25-year-old, is a passionate and enthusiast of fashion design. She is the founder of IVO.LTD, a remarkable venture that specialises in recycling wine and liquor bottles for decoration purposes. The company also designs multi-convertible outfits.
She has been recognized for her dedication to green innovation invited to inspire women as a young entrepreneur on Rwanda Television’s (RBA) programme called “TINYUKA URASHOBOYE.” Through this platform, Ineza shares her experiences and encourages women to embrace entrepreneurship and take bold steps in their careers.
She is currently pursuing a master’s in project management at the University of Kigali (UoK). She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali (UNILAK).
An excellent and well-organised communicator, she thrives for hard work and multitasking to achieve her goals. Her love for exploring new horizons has enabled her to build strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, especially those who endeavour to build a greener and more peaceful world.
