Sauti Arts Rwanda is a youth-driven creative organisation hailing from Kinyinya sector, a suburb of Rwanda’s capital, Kigali. Established in 2015, the performing arts group is an active actor in peace education through artistic performances.
The ensemble creates compelling and high-quality performances that engage the public in dialogue on critical social, cultural, and generational issues, such as how racism, economic oppression, bigotry, media, and violence can impact peace.
At the core of the performances is the inspiration of the public to embrace diversity, respect, restraint, nonviolence, and critical thinking of life dynamics. The Sauti Arts Rwanda’s mission is to entertain the public while promoting national unity, reconciliation, development, peace, and environmental protection.
